Following on from the inaugural D2E last year, organiser Eric Foote said that there has been a fantastic response from nurseries and specialist plant growers.
“Stallholders from the Blue Mountains and throughout the Central West will be offering a huge range of plants including rare and hard to find varieties,” he said.
Throughout the day there will be workshops and pop up talks from garden gurus speaking on topics such as vegie gardening, the art of pruning, beekeeping, hardy perennials and basic garden design.
Located in the picturesque Carcoar Showground, the D2E will give visitors the opportunity to explore the historic village and visit the Carcoar Hospital Museum, adjacent to the event.
The fair runs from 8 am till 2pm and entry cost is just $5 per adult. Children free. Good coffee and food will be onsite along with a BBQ lunch available.
