A sushi aficionado who has been making them at home for friends and family for many years, and has had people coming into the hotel to order them, Kelly will be supplying all the traditional favourites like Californian rolls, smoked salmon, tuna and the very popular chicken.
All the seafood will be delivered three times a week from De Costi seafood in Sydney and Kelly said that unlike the common perception, only a very small selection of the sushi she will be making uses raw fish.
Kelly said that she hoped that the Sushi Exchange will be open by the end of April.
Skateboarding Lessons at Skate Park
The Blayney Skate Park Working Group is organising free skateboarding lessons by Totem Skateboarding.
To be held at Heritage Park on Wednesday April 5 from 4pm to 6pm, the lessons are free and there will be a gold coin sausage sizzle there as well.
To take part in the skills workshop, just turn up (wearing sensible shoes of course), register and hook into one of the workshops. Totem Skate School, which is running the event will bring about 20 skateboards and 25 helmets for participants to use. Totem will hand out free giveaways of shirts, shoes, apparel, caps and stickers, too.
