Eight groups shared in the total pool of $6411.62, an amount that is gathered throughout the year by the company who donate a percentage of each sale of particular items into the community fund pool.
Co CEO of the Bernardi Group, Joe Bernardi, said that the groups were selected because of their work within the community.
“We are so passionate about this town and are thrilled to be sponsoring eight worthy recipients, whose projects will go on to benefit the wider Blayney community,” he said.
Blayney High School, Mandurama Public School and Blayney Golf Club each received $1500, Blayney Public School was given $637.22 and Blayney Shire Community Menshed Inc, Lyndhurst Country Women’s Association, Meadow Flat Public School and the Lee Hostel Committee Incorporated each received $318.60.
