Want to take on your mates and prove you’re the best? Then the Young Farmers Challenge is for you.

Returning to this year’s show the competition sees teams of four people completing ten rural based challenges in the safest manner and fastest time.

Activities may include such tasks as wheelbarrow racing, toting bales of hay, whip cracking and many more exciting challenges. So grab your mates and get a team together, there are some great prizes to be won.

The flower competitions are always a bright and colourful addition to the pavilion with many flower categories available for entry in Dahlias, Roses, Gladioli, miscellaneous, and decorative floral art.

Not to be forgotten are the categories also available for vegetables and home produce, fruit collections, eggs, and potatoes as well as many other pavilion entrant classes.
