The enticing aroma of the ubiquitous sausage, onion and sauce combination will be available at Lyndhurst Public School who are also running a second hand book sale.
At nearby Mandurama Public School, the sausage sizzle will be on the burn all morning.
Unfortunately the closure of the company that made the lamingtons in previous years has meant a change of tact for Blayney Public School’s P&C.
This year they will be spending the money raised from their cake stall and barbecue on updating smartboards.
Carcoar Public School is finalising the details of their cake stall and in Millthorpe the Junior Cricket Club are cooking up bacon and egg rolls in the morning along with sausage sandwiches.
Polling booths open at 8am and close at 6pm.
