The yearly fundraiser begins its journey from Bathurst Showground on September 18.
The Tractor Trek is in its fourth year of operation.
There will be at least 32 tractors taking part in the 360 kilometre journey to raise funds for children living with cancer in the Central West.
The fleet of tractors will travel through Rockley, Burraga and Black Springs before staying overnight at Oberon Showground.
On the following day, the journey will continue through O'Connell, Tarana and Hampton before stopping in Lithgow.
The final leg will see them travel through Wallerawang, Portland, Palmers Oakey and Limekilns before finishing off back in Bathurst.
All funds raised will remain in the region, supporting 63 local children who are living with cancer and their 92 siblings.
Blayney's Col Devenish has his tractor entered in the event and the local community is being encouraged to sponsor his tractor.
Oberon's Ray and Laurie McMahon are visiting Blayney one day each week to help raise funds for the cause by selling raffle tickets and various items for this year's Trek.
They believe the Blayney community has always been particularly supportive when it comes to raising funds for the cause.
"In terms of size, Blayney always outsells Bathurst and Orange" they said.
They will be outside of Bernardi's IGA each week and are encouraging the local community to get involved.
Last year, the Tractor Trek had a total of 27 tractors in the Trek which ran from Orange to Forbes and back again.
The 2014 venture raised $254 000, far exceeding the aim of $180 000.
With more tractors already enrolled for this year's Trek, Camp Quality are aiming to raise at least $200 000 in the lead up to this year's journey.
Camp Quality are still looking for items they can auction off to raise money.
Purina have donated $500 in addition to their donation of a pallet of dog food to be won on a chocolate wheel.
To get involved, each tractor entrant pays a fee of $300 to register and they are expected to cover their accommodation at each of the overnight bases.
Each entrant is expected to source their own sponsors to participate.
If you are unable to get down to IGA to donate, visit www.campqualityfundraising.org.au
It is an event not to miss and all sponsors who get on board will have their logos displayed.
