Brandon competed in the 16-year boys 50, 100 and 200m freestyle events, making it through to the finals in all events.
Brandon won his heat in the 100m freestyle in a personal best (PB) time of .55.93 before placing third in the final with another PB of.55.34.
In the 50m freestyle he placed second in his heat with a .25.69 before finishing fifth in a blanket finish with a .25.43.
On the last day of competition Brandon again placed second in his heat of the 200m freestyle in a PB time of 2.02.91 before powering to second in the final with another PB of 2.01.04.
Brandon now goes on to represent NSW Combined High Schools against NSW teams from private and Catholic schools in May to trial for a spot on the NSW All Schools team to compete at the Pacific Schools Championships.
Brandon's next focus is Australian Age Championships in April where he will compete in the 50m freestyle.
Brandon's coach at Kinross Wolaroi swim club, Garry Hollywood, will then discuss with him a plan to take the next step forward and decide if Brandon stays training for the shorter sprint races or change to the middle and long distance events as Brandon is also currently ranked as 20th in Australia for the 16-year male 1500m freestyle.
