The Year 9 Blayney High student was selected to represent the Australian Futsal team following an "outstanding performance" at the National Futsal Championships held in Sydney in January.
According to the Australian Futsal Association, the tour will be based around training and matches, with a tournament against some of England's top sides to finish the tour.
Sarah was taken aback when she heard the news she had been chosen for the squad.
"I didn't even know it was a thing," she said.
Sarah had been asked to represent NSW at the national championships after impressing at futsal gala days held in Bathurst at the end of last year.
It has been a meteoric rise through the futsal ranks for Sarah, who has only been playing that form of the round ball game for some two to three years.
She has previously represented the NSW Country team at the Football Federation Australia national championships.
While she has been playing soccer for practically most of her life and now dons the Western NSW Mariners colours in the Super League competition, she took up futsal, an indoor version of soccer, to improve her skills.
The tour of the UK will be all fun and games, with sightseeing and other activities will take place, such as watching football matches, tours of ancient castles and stadium tours in between training and matches.
As well as playing and training at a Middlesbrough base, the tour will travel to Perth in Scotland, London and St George's Park.
"It should be good," Sarah said.
