To some it would be just a barn, but to the Neville Showground Trust it will be an office space, an exhibition area and a much needed enhancement to their ageing facilities.

Following their successful application to the state government's Community Building Partnership Program (CBP), the Trust will be receiving $18,008 to construct the barn.
"Currently the infrastructure at the Showground dates back to the late 1800's and early 1900's so it is wonderful to see that they will now have a facility that meets the needs of today," Member for Bathurst Paul Toole said.
"This is a great project and the barn will become a community meeting place that can respond to many needs, from an office facility to hosting various displays.
"The Trust was overjoyed when informed of the funding as without this level of assistance this is a project that would never have become a reality.
"For many community groups and organisations, the CBP is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
"It is only through the support and assistance of this program that many projects can be realised as it is challenging for smaller groups to find the funds to undertake much needed works.
"Now, with their contribution and that of the NSW Government a perfect partnership is formed and an outstanding community project is achieved.
"I look forward to seeing the completed barn and enjoying functions at the site."
