Hilton Davis popular choice as Blayney's Citizen of the Year

Blayney resident Hilton Davis became Blayney Shire's Citizen of the Year for the second time last Thursday. Mr Davis was also named Citizen of the Year in 1995. He is only person in the Shire to receive this award twice since the Australia Day awards commenced in 1981. Mr Davis was presented with his award, a framed certificate, at Millthorpe's Redmond Oval by Blayney mayor Cr Ted Wilson and Australia Day Ambassador Wayne Sharpe.
