A new era began last week at the former Browns Creek gold mine with the official opening of a major horticultural production facility on the site. Australian Native Landscapes, Australia's largest producer of organic compost and landscape construction products, has established a state of the art horticultural production plant. It will eventually employ about 50 people as operations get into full swing.
