04 Feb, 2010 11:54 AM
A 30 year old Blayney man has been disqualified from driving for 2 years for driving while disqualified.

Ben Harry Maloney, of Adelaide Lane, was also placed under a bond for 12 months by Magistrate Jan Stevenson at Blayney Local Court on January 19.

According to the police facts tendered to the court, Maloney admitted he did not have a license after police pulled him over in Henry Street for a breath test on November 26.
